This Privacy Policy sets out the basis on which any personal data we collect from you, or that you provide to us, will be processed by us. Buslifers strives to offer its visitors and Users the many advantages of Internet technology and to provide an interactive and personalized experience. For these purposes, we, from Buslifers, may use personally identifiable information – like your name and e-mail address, which are subject to the terms of this Privacy Policy. If you are dissatisfied with Buslifers Website, its’ content, or any of these terms, conditions and policies, your sole legal remedy is to discontinue using the Website. Buslifers reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to and use of the Website, or parts of them, without notice, if we believe, in our sole discretion that such use is in violation of any applicable law, or harmful to our interests or the interests of another person or entity, or where Buslifers has reasons to believe that their use is in violation of this Privacy Policy.

8. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY

Buslifers does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 18. If we learn that we have personal information on a child under the age of 18, we will delete that information from our servers. Buslifers encourages parents to go online with their kids.

Our Services may contain links to third-party websites or applications. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of such third parties. This Privacy Policy and the use of the Website are governed by the law of Switzerland .  The parties undertake to first try to resolve the dispute by negotiation. If the parties fail to reach an amicable resolution through negotiation, Buslifers agrees to submit the dispute to the competent Swiss Court.

12.1 Buslifers is controlled, operated and administered entirely within Switzerland.

12.2 If you are accessing Buslifers Website from another jurisdiction, please be advised that you are transferring your personal information to Buslifers in Switzerland and, by using the Website, you consent to that transfer and to abide by the applicable laws concerning your use of the Website and your agreements with us.
